History back/forward with Cmd+[ and Cmd+] even when the editor is focused

History back/forward currently uses Cmd/Ctrl+Left and Right. Those keys also move to the start/end of a line, so they only navigate notes after Esc has moved focus off the editor (the April 2026 compromise on #206).
Requested: use Cmd/Ctrl+[ and ] for note history so back/forward works even when the editor is focused. Those keys are unused in Tolaria today.
