## Request

Add a hover preview for note links (both wikilinks and standard markdown links) that shows a short snippet of the target note without navigating away.

## Context

Requested alongside a Windows bug report about inert markdown links and empty wikilink autocomplete (bug tracked separately on GitHub / internal board).
