Improve folder management with drag-and-drop and file-explorer-style organization

GitHub issue: #1094
Reporter: Francesco Caliumi (@caliuf)
## Original context
The reporter says Tolaria's folder system still feels incomplete and asks for more direct folder-management workflows:
- move folders
- move notes between folders
- drag-and-drop as the intuitive interaction for both
- a more traditional file-explorer-style folder interface, similar to Obsidian or VS Code
- chevrons to expand/collapse folders
- notes displayed directly within the folder tree
- drag-and-drop support inside that explorer panel
## Product framing
This is a feature / workflow-improvement request, not a concrete regression or broken documented shipped behavior. The user-facing outcome is to make folder-based organization possible from one dedicated file-explorer-style panel.
## Dedupe notes from intake
Existing Canny posts cover adjacent narrower pieces, including drag-and-drop notes to folders and folder browsing behavior, but no exact post found during intake covered the combined request for moving folders, moving notes between folders, and a file-explorer-style folder tree with inline notes and expand/collapse controls.
## Desired outcome
Users who organize vaults hierarchically can reorganize folders and notes directly in Tolaria without leaving the app or relying on separate file-manager operations.
