When the user clicks the top-left sidebar button to collapse the sidebar panel, the control disappears with the panel. The sidebar can still be restored from the macOS menu bar, but there is no visible in-app control to bring it back directly.
Product framing:
This is a UX improvement request for sidebar discoverability and reversibility after collapse, not a new integration or external workflow.
