## Request

Allow users to keep the right sidebar open automatically when opening Tolaria.

## Context

The reporter says they prefer the right sidebar to stay available and find it annoying to toggle it open every time the app launches.

## Desired outcome

Add a setting or persisted preference so the right sidebar can open by default on startup / app launch.
