Tab Support for Notes

It's nice to have the possibility to open notes in a new window but on one-screen scenarios e.g. on a laptop it's not very useful as you have to switch between the windows in the taskbar/dock. So it is not easy to switch between them.
Therefore it would be great to have also the possibility to open notes in a new tab in the same window.

Reopening this request: we have internal implementation tracking for it, but Canny should remain open for public voting and discussion until the feature actually ships. Sorry for the premature closure.
